4.1. User is obligated:
- to adhere to the provisions of these Terms and the applicable law, that can be applied to the relationships between the User and the provision, and to not use the Application in any professional, commercial or non-personal purposes;
- to provide only truthful information;
- not to mislead other Users;
- not to post, distribute, or disclose any information in any form and any content, aimed at reducing, disorganizing and creating obstacles to the normal use of the Application by using different software, virus infection data, etc.
- to use passwords and/or logins of their social network profile solely for the purpose of User authentication in the Application. Thus, the User agrees not to transfer to the third party or make available in any way their passwords and/or Usernames.
4.2. User prohibited from:
- impersonating any other person or entity;
- using partly or as a whole the logo, visual, audio or text content of the Applications, trademark and other signs and elements found in the Application;
- copying, modifying, distributing, selling, leasing or transferring rights for any part of the Application or the software within, reverse engineering and extracting the source code of the Application or software that interacts with the Application except as provided by law, or with the written permission of the Company.
